12/13/2017Portable Storage Load Unfortunately there was a problem with communication between you and Semper. I explained what I had to move and indicated to your staff that I had two 16 foot Pods, multiple bedrooms, living and kitchen furniture. I thought it was going to be more than two hours. That was not communicated by you to Semper. YOU should be able to tell the customer based on their move a better time frame and let the actual movers know that. The move took 7 hours! I do think with a little bit of better organization on Semper part it could have been a maximum of 6 hours but they were very professional, courteous and worked their butts off. My complaint is more with Elite Movers versus Semper. I do believe Elite underestimated my move, both to me and to Semper. And your spelling error program in this section is inaccurate.

10/29/2017Portable Storage Load We can’t say enough good about Semper Fi Movers. The crew was very professional, organized and efficient. They collaborated well together and were extremely conscientious of our personal effects and considerate of the household environment during the move.
The crew has excellent attention to detail and showed earnest concern for our property. While they did not have to, they made the effort to point out potential vulnerabilities in our packing with sensible recommendations to prevent possible damage to our property. Semper Fi Movers made the transition of our lives from a two story house into two pods an easy and pleasant experience. Having moved approximately 12-15 times, these guys are the best moving crew we have seen yet.
We cannot thank them enough for a job well done.

Your comment section won't let me type the name of one of the guys, but he and Donovan showed up right on time in a company truck. Very professional. William came later and supervised and secured the truck. I would recommend them again in a heartbeat.

Bill and his team were courteous and professional. They showed attention to detail and worked very efficiently. The work was completed well within the allotted two hour time slot. They asked for our input regarding location to place the furniture and insured both the furniture itself and the surrounding surfaces were properly protected. We were very pleased with this service. We would definitely hire them again and recommend them to others.
