8/17/2018Portable Storage Unload The movers were efficient, especially since it was raining and the elevator malfunctioned during the move. The only issue is that there was a 4% credit card fee that was not mentioned by the service rep or the movers until it was time to pay, at which point it was too late to go to an ATM and withdraw extra money.

Our movers - Devon and Justin - were phenomenal! This has been a long process move for us and they were the final portion. We were tired and so ready for our things to be in our new house. They came prepared and started working immediately. They were polite and friendly. It was the perfect ending to the move from Minnesota to Flordia. We felt very safe and comfortable with them and would highly recommend them to anyone. Plus...they were uber strong! What a pleasure. Thank you.

8/21/2017Portable Storage Load The three guys were great. We will ask for them again when we unload the pods on November. Are they allowed to accept tips I would like to tip them next time

8/26/2016Portable Storage Unload The movers did a good job, all furniture was in place. I had said when booking I had heavy furniture to go upstairs and a washer and dryer... The mover was complaining about the labor when he thought I couldn't hear him. I almost fell ashamed to have my own furniture. There was one cabinet he said he did not want to bring upstairs, at first I reconsidered a place downstairs, but when I did not like it there they brought it upstairs after did put all the boxes in the garage in the end, like they were done, instead of bringing it to the marked room, I still have a lot of work carrying boxes were pleasant people and did what I asked, but I hate to hear them complaining about a paid job and in the end get it done to be done.
