After the move, I found my dining room table had a slight bend in it due to all of the items stacked on top of it. Things were not tied down fully which allowed them to shift during the move more than they should have. I had left out all the supplies they needed (bubble wrap, packing paper, plastic wrap, etc) and very little was also couldn't fit everything on the truck and forced me to leave some items behind. I am not the expert, but as everything was being unpacked I couldn't help but notice lots of wasted space. I ended up fitting an entire couch in some of that space after they left. They took a lot of breaks throughout the day. I am not sure what is normal, but there were a lot of phone calls and smoke breaks. He did not charge me for the last half hour which makes up for some of that I suppose.

Cass and his two man crew did a fine job in assisting us in loading a 16 foot truck for our recent move from Tampa to Lexington Ky. I recommend Master Movers for any moving job big or small! James Gadinski

While the team was courteous and arrived on time, 9:30 am, it all went down hill from there. My plan was to have the movers arrive and load the large pieces (this was why I hired them), unload at the new location freeing up the truck for the rest of the day so that I could move the rest of my boxes at one time. The truck was loaded, which used up the required two hour minimum. Cass then told me that he had another job, didn't realize it would take so long to load my truck. I was required to pay the two hour minimum at that time. He said he was going to the other appointment and would return to unload the U-Haul at my new location. He left at 11:30 am and did not return until 10:30 PM! I did not hear from him until about 6:30 when I called and left a message - he then texted me and said it would be after 8:00 pm when he got back to me. Several texts and phone calls later, they arrived at the new location at 10:30 pm. It took about an hour for them to unload and the fees for any additional time after the two hour minimum was met would be 70.00 an hour. I was so frustrated when they were on-loading that I didn't have them place any of the furniture in the spot of my liking because I did not want to have to pay them more. Cass did 'cut me a break' because of their oversight, and only charged me 60.00 for the additional hour. Needless to say, I did not leave a tip. Because my U-Haul was parked and loaded for almost 10 hours, I was not able to use it to load the rest of my items and had to borrow a mini-van and make 5 more trips, when one would have sufficed had I the ability to use the U-Haul as planned. I cannot express my level of frustration regarding this even. Note to anyone else who may have the gonads to hire them - do NOT pay the minimum two hours until they are DONE! I think had I done that, they would have swiftly returned to finish the job. Worst moving experience in my life!

These people were much better than the ones who loaded us initially. They took care of the furniture and were a great group of people. They worked hard the entire time and would recommend this group to anyone.
