This is the second time we have used them and they have done a great job each time. Nothing was broken and the furniture was wrapped good with furniture pads so nothing was scratched.

The movers were perfect, however next time I will contact a moving company directly. Moving labors rate was too high for providing nothing!!!

We had a large sleeper couch that had to be moved out of a bedroom and around a narrow hall way. Was afraid that they might hit the door jam or wall, as when we moved in the previous co did scratch the door jam. I had to go answer the phone and within a minute they had it moved and not a scratch. We are elderly and my husband just out of the hospital, so we were unable to move the furniture that needed to be moved and arranged in our house. These two men did an excellent job. Over the years we have moved many times, Platinum will definitely be our next moving co. Pat & Rick

We were very satisfied with the timeliness and professionalism exhibited by the movers. They were friendly and went out of the way to repair a broken support of the will certainly think of using them again in the future.
