I am working with Will to work out some of the damage his movers did not only to my furniture but the floor in the house so I will let you know if I recommend him after this is all taken care of

We started out on the wrong foot, there was a 2 hour delay in their arrival and unfortunately poor communication BUT they made up for it. These guys worked their tails off, I was very pleased with the work done and their desire to make everything fit in my truck. Great job, thank you!

The crew arrived two hours later than scheduled. They did not call to let us know they would be late. I had to call and kept getting optimistic arrival times. They did a good job after they got here but their lateness made the day much longer than it needed to be. I should add if I would have been 2 hours late with the truck, it would have cost me their hourly rate while they waited for me to arrive. Their 2 hour lateness did not cost the company a penny. I would have appreciated a call to let me know they were going to be late and to get a realistic time when they would arrive so we could leave and get something to eat. I do not fault the movers. Whoever scheduled them needs to take responsibility to factor in an hour's trip from Lansing to Topeka.
