5/4/2015Portable Storage Unload The movers were respectful, worked at a great pace and careful with my furniture. However, they broke my front screen door, ripped the hinges out of the door frame, cracked the door frame and now the guy in charge: CRAIG has failed to come to my house as promised last week to fix it and now isnt returning my calls - so I will be warning all my friends about this company unfortunately - and I wont use them again :( and I have an upcoming move for another house I am buying. Movers showed up late by almost two hours which severely screwed up my schedule for the day and my departure time. Only one of the movers was expeirenced and one of the other two was younger and learning. The third one was an older guy that was doing his best but should not be doing so much physical lifting. I had continually tell them which items were going. There seemed to be a lot of aimless walking around and milking the clock. The individual at Craig Michaels didn't care that they showed up late and didn't care that my schedule was now toast. The company just wanted their money and that was it. I would not continue to support this company. Until they show signs of improving their customer service and satisfaction.

8/20/2014Portable Storage Unload I've used the guys at Craig Michael Movers three times this year and they are simply the best. Very helpful, professional, and experienced movers. I couldn't recommend them more. HIGHLY Recommended!
