Booked for 9am and they showed up at 12pm. I had most of everything packed up with the help of my wife. I called, left a message, and was returned with a comment that they were on the way... that was at 9:15am.

We were overall disappointed with this moving experience. We contracted for two movers through Elite Moving and they arranged for Best Bet. There seemed to be a lack of coordination in the office because we were provided two arrival windows and we wasted six hours waiting and they arrived two hours after the original window. My husband loaded many items into the truck during that long wait ?? The movers were very polite and friendly but were obviously inexperienced. They appeared to struggle a bit and my husband had to advise them how to move some furniture into the house. Sadly, one of the movers tripped off of the truck ramp while carrying a piece of furniture and injured himself and our furniture shattered into pieces. He rested awhile after that but was unable to return to the job. Best Bet still charged us $210 even while both movers left 25 minutes into the third hour. They adjusted the bill by $40 for the furniture, which was damaged beyond repair. The poor guy that injured himself had only been working there two days. We won't use this mover again or recommend to others.
