There didn’t appear to be a way to customize your move. I input the size of my truck and answer a few questions and the website decided the labor and timeframe. I paid for a theee hour reservation and moving my items took 1 hr and 15 mins.

World class movers were fantastic. We worked together to find a slot to move due to the incoming snow. They were flexible, worked super hard, and our full 26 ft truck was moved in less than 4 hrs, into a two story home and ADU. Would love to use them again if the need comes up.
