The two young men who unloaded our belongings were great - courteous, careful, and professional. However, I was not happy with the lack of communication from the PM when an issue arose that made the arrival window move from 8:00 - 10:00 to the actual arrival of 11:30. My problem is not that the guys came late - sometimes "stuff" happens. My issue was the fact that I had to keep calling to get the status; it should have been the PM calling me.

There were four men that came. Three of them, I can not praise them enough. They are an asset to your company. The other guy stayed the the bathroom on several occasions for 20 minutes or longer. Found him under the 18 wheeler talking on the phone and I told him to get back to work. He told me he is homeless the his wife and baby left him. I guess u was suppose to feel sorry for him. The 3 guys that did a great job got a great and praise. The other one did not. The 3 guys are great. The one is a liability to your company. He appeared to be on something. Did everything to get out of working. I will recommend your company because the 3 guys were just awesome.

3/29/2014Portable Storage Unload I have used movers in the past and I must say this was the best! Kauffmans provided me with excellent workers, I rated them all 5 stars because I was that impresses with them. They arrived promptly and were ready to work and went above and beyond in helping me place my belongings. If I ever have a need for moving help again, I will specifically request Kauffmans for my services. Thanks for a great experience.
