Movers were 45 late, outside of the window for the latest arrival time, and did not call to inform me of this (I called them after the arrival window time passed). However, they did a good job once they were there. Wrapping with furniture pads was effective and they took apart a table for me that I did not think could be taken apart. The team that unloaded my truck at the other end of the move was impressed with the way the truck was loaded by this crew.

We contracted 4 movers starting at 9am. When I called to check the status of the movers, they coordinator seemed surprised that I had a reservation. He scrambled to gather movers and I had 2 by 11am. The 2 did a great job but my husband also had to do heavy lifting to fill the gap of the missing movers.
