Other than showing up at 11:15 after giving an arrival window of 9-11, Amir and Julio did a great job of efficiently moving our belongings to the truck and packing them tightly. A few boxes that were prominently labelled "this side up" were stacked upside down, but overall I was very satisfied with their friendliness and competence (although the late arrival was very frustrating).

We were given a two hour window for the movers to arrive and due to some traffic situations they did not arrive until 45 minutes after the two hour window we were given.
Once they arrived they were very apologetic, professional, and helpful.
All of my furniture was handled well and the move was quick, once they arrived.

6/16/2014Portable Storage Load This was the worst move I have ever had. The movers were very inexperienced in packing a POD. This was the primary reason I hired them. They managed to damage almost every piece of furniture I own. The PM (Gwen) was rude and totally disregarded my request for new movers once I realized that the crew she sent was incompetent. This company should not be in the moving business since it requires excellent customer service and experienced movers/packers.

Got the job done quickly and paid respect to not breaking/damaging anything. Arrived during the window given and had a large dolly with them to help with loading.

I have packed my fragile items myself for the last 3 moves we made with nothing broke. Needed he'll this time...hired professionals... Not when they don't know you don't stack china on top top off each other and you don't lay china plates on top of each other. What happens even after someone returns and doesn't really royal all the boxes... broken china plates that were a 1st anniversary gift 32 years ago. Friendliness does not make up for not knowing how to do a job right and calling yourself professional.
