This company is a joke! They were scheduled to be at my house at 7 a.m. and after calling and being told they were in route they did not arrive till 2 p.m. I did call the office several times to complain and did so again after finding a big gash in my wood floors from furniture being dropped. I was told the floor would be repaired the following week. Once again after calling was told the floor would be repaired week after Thanksgiving (month after being damaged)...here it is a week before Christmas (2 months later) and still not repaired! I would not recommend this service to anyone!!!
No sense of promptness...cost me an extra day on truck rental

The best movers ever!!! Paul, the perfect customer service professional, Jay should have a degree in Physics and efficiencies and Dre who is stronger than strong and efficient as heck! Please allow me only this team should I need them in a year... and I very well may need them in a year!! the three guys you sent were expert, efficient, patient, expedient and super skilled.They understood the physics of space, proper weight balance, expediency and compassion. Just excellent all the way!!! If the best is rated 5 then they are all 6-- truly off the chart!!! Thank you much!!

The crew showed up over an hour past the end of the window. They did call to give progress updates, but were still unacceptably late. Also, I requested 3, and they showed up with only 2 workers. Consequently, we were very late getting out of our place and on the road. I would absolutely NEVER use Elite again.

One of the movers wreaked of alcohol and they rolled my wood table top on the ground so it now has scratches.
