What if my truck breaks down or my container doesn't arrive on time?

From time to time we see issues with truck rentals breaking down, freight trucks being delayed or storage units not being delivered on time. Depending on your unique situation we will either attempt to reschedule your moving help or move your reservation into a temporary 'pending' status. You should notify us immediately if you encounter a delay that will affect your reservation.

Steps to Take:

  1. During Business Hours: Immediately contact Customer Support at (888) 354-8303
  2. After Hours: Submit an online contact request with specific details about the problem you have encountered
  3. After Hours and Within 72 Hours of Scheduled Service: Contact your assigned movers by phone to make them aware of the problem. You must complete this step if your moving help is scheduled for the very near future
