You can still schedule movers as long as you arrange for someone you trust to be at the location. If an authorized individual cannot be present you should communicate this to your selected mover when submitting a booking request.
The balance due must be paid on site at the completion of the move. We cannot bill the credit card on file, the card must be physically on site with the movers.
