These movers came totally unprepared to do the job. They brought absolutely no tools to work with not even a hand truck. Instead of being able to carry three or four boxes at a time from the truck they could only carry one or sometimes two. They bent the legs on the freezer by trying to slide it across the deck of the truck. Then when they sat it down in the garage it wobbled with no way to level it without putting blocks underneath two of the corners. We strongly feel that the total job should have taken only two hours if they would have had the right equipment. If we had not of stepped in to help carry boxes they probably would have taken four hours. We feel we were over charged by one hour for doing this job. One of the movers actually told my daughter that he had been out drinking the night before and that's why he was sweating so much. I would never use this company again. If I schedule another move with Elite and you told me this is the movers you would use I would cancel the whole job. Sorry Elite but I think we got screwed on this one.
