John came on his own and only had a two wheel dolly and a small wheeled cart to move a long heavy dresser and a large head board. He took the large dresser and put in on its side onto the two wheel dolly and dropped the dresser and first thing out of his mouth was I did not have to pay. The dresser is completely ruined. Scuff marks on the right side of the dresser and a drawer came out and broke and another drawer will not go back into the dresser. The dresser is ruined and needs to be replaced. This is an easy fix with the owner John filing a claim with his insurance. I have not heard from him and have tried calling and texting along with Moving Labor also trying to make contact. They have not tried to make any contact with either of us.
