I hired Arizona's Finest Movers to load a truck to be shipped across the country. They showed up the first day on time. The owner, Brandice brought his girlfriend or wife, Kia with him to help. She lasted 20 minutes and then sat in the car. Another gentleman, James (excellent attitude) then arrived to help for the rest of the day. We provided 75 moving blankets, tape, and plastic wrap. They loaded the truck in a very damaging way, they even told us they were professional movers and knew what they were doing. When we unloaded, all the heavy boxes were on top and light boxes on the bottom. Crushed a ton of fragile items (I have pictures). They did not tie the load and everything fell on top of itself. All the boxes were in the back and furniture toward the door. The next day, they told us they would arrive at 1:30. There were many excuses Brandice showed up 6 hours late. Charged us for two movers, but only one showed up. James didn't come because Brandice only gave him $200 (per James) and pocketed the rest including the whole tip. I paid him $1250 for the first day. I did text James to resolve this issue. He said he would call, but stood me up. If you care for the things you've worked hard to attain, do yourself a favor and SKIP THIS COMPANY!
