12/6/2020Portable Storage Load The Crew scheduled to do our load was delayed over six hours due problems with a previous job. A second emergency crew did arrive four hours after our scheduled time and initiated the load. They were pleasant, respectful, worked quickly and hard, and for the most part were very accommodating. My only real complaint (things happen and I am not particularly concerned about their delay coming as they did get us loaded the day we expected ) was that they were not very careful in protecting our furniture. They were more concerned getting it loaded quickly (which they did) than loading it carefully and being sure to cover it with the protective drapes and padding we provided. I did feel the need to remind them several times during the load to do this. Since we placed the pods in storage, I don't know if there will be any damage to our items. We will see when we unload.
