5/6/2016Truck Unload

The lead person had his teenager (no experience ) son moving and stacking. He (the dad) just watched. He was personable but you advertise experienced moving help. If I wanted a training day I think I should be discounted. Also I was not informed of the company name in Bakersfield. They took payment over the phone. How do I know where that is? You need to oversee this more than collecting your share and leaving me with what I got!

My apologies if you did not feel you got what you paid for. The team was on time, completed the job within the minimum time frame, and no items were damaged. If you needed anything past that or if you were confused at any time you could have called Elite Moving Labor or Giant monkey Movers and we would have been happy to clear up an confusion you might have had. Since the was so efficient in your unload their was no added amount for additional hour that we could discount.
