They were hard workers and finished well under the two-hour minimum.

The crew leader was great - very careful, clearly trying hard. However, 1-2 of the other guys were only careful when I was standing over them, watching. As soon as I left the room they just dumped things into boxes, which of course I did not discover until we reached our destination. We have multiple broken items, packed without paper or any care whatsoever. The care taken from box to box was night and day, which suggests that just one of the packers was not making an effort. However it happened, we clearly are not satisfied and would not recommend this service.

I'm very upset with this mover. They are from Sacramento and doing business three hours away, asking me to wait til they get here. I cancelled my request for help.

I was impressed with their communication skills with each other in moving difficult items. Great teamwork! And they did not give up when setting up my bed frame. They persisted until the bedframe was perfectly set up.
