Did not come with any tools for disassembly of furniture. I had to provide all tools. They had no furniture moving equipment. I had to provide their hand truck. I had to provide thier cigarettes during breaks. They started loading without protecting my furniture so i had to stop them and make them rap my furniture. I provided all pads and plastic wrap and had to tell them to use it. Scratched up all my walls. If they were not babysat, it would have been a disaster. Very slow workers would never use your services again
