Our move went ok, it was a fairly simple unload of a 16 foot truck parked directly in front of the 2 bedroom townhome. I was inside the truck the entire time, handing things down to the two helpers. Reggie was fine, but his helper was frankly out of shape and not suited for even the one hour unloading job he did. Again, I was inside the hot truck the entire time, the two guys took the stuff from me and walked it in to the townhome, while my wife directed and helped from inside. They were completely done in slightly less than one hour, and my wife and I were concerned Reggie's helper would need CPR long before he finished.
Some gloves, and or sweat towels would have helped keep furniture and other things cleaner. I had different helpers load the truck in Northridge before our drive up to Mountain View and they were far more efficient and professional, did more and gave me a strong comparison. Again, if Reggie were paired with another guy my review would have been far better, but his helper was not suited for this work, especially when stairs are involved.

This was a horrible moving experience. The crew was over an hour late. They did not know how to pack or load. They broke several of my pots (and who knows what else). They didn't pack everything and at the end we started packing and loading boxes ourselves because they kept saying they were done when there was still more to be loaded. The crew falsified the paperwork to take themselves off the clock after the three hours but then "cut me a deal" to pay them in cash for the last three hours. I am worried about my things and only hope the damage isn't too great because I already know there will be damage.
