Many of our items were so badly damaged, we had to throw them away. Other items, were VERY beat up. When we booked, we were told they pro-rate to the 1/4 hour, yet Manuel argued they don’t do that and charged us for 4 full hours instead of just 3 1/2.

I tried to set up unloaders as well in Austin, and I was emailed saying that my original pick was unavailable but there was an alternative. I have the go ahead for the alternative, bit my emails were ignored and I was cancelled. So I now have to scramble to find unloaders.

Many and his co-worker were very good at listening about where things needed to be placed; they also handled my items properly. In some cases they had good expertise to advise if things would fit between doors and so on which was important.

7/21/2021Portable Storage Unload Manny, Mario and Julio were great. They were a little late but I know from my own experience on the freeways that one minute the GPS will estimate 1 hour and the next 2 hours. Besides that they were very helpful and careful with all of our items. I would highly recommend these gentlemen for any move.
