5/2/2022Truck Load

Nice guys but no communication skills. I reached out at least 4 times before I received any answer back.  Did not come with tape to wrap up furnitue with blankets and some of my paintings and mirror were loosely covered with blankets. had no tape. Thank goodness it didnt break.I supplied tape and not sure why they didnt use it. Also did not accept credit cards which was very frustrating. honestly would not recommend. :-(

Hi I am sorry that you were so unsatisfied with our service but all items should have been wrapped upon our arrival. Also we did not wrap your picture frames because your husband told you to wrap them and I related the message to you my self because he said they were expensive items so I’m not sure why they were not taped but you have to take that up with your son and husband as I’m sure he knows we did not wrap them  . Most company’s charge additional prices for wrapping items and supplying tape so that is the reason we didn’t bring any tape and we only provide blankets when it is a local move.  You did not mention when booking that you would needed items wrapped as my partner and I still gave you guys a hand and wrapped the table and other items like the table. I’m sorry for the inconvenience.
