10/28/2020Portable Storage Unload Showed up 1/2 hour early. Spoke to me respectfully. They handled my things with care. Pants down below their backsides, underwear in full view. No get up and go, talked about what to do more than doing it. On their cell phones constantly. A 3 hour job was not done when they left after 5 hours. Made faces when I said things had to go upstairs or in the basement.

Well, where should I start? Larry and the crew were nice and pleasant, and they tried hard, but he clearly needed to get a more experienced crew. The task was to unload a U-pack trailer (about half full) - it was clearly beyond the team's capacity. The crew was not able to properly utilize the moving tools to handle heavy items, damaged the walls and ceilings, and was not able to assemble the furniture properly. The place was left in disarray. Like anything else - experience counts. My loading team. on the other end, was such a standout in comparison. With due respect, get the people with real experience. Thanks.

This company is service oriented, fantastic! We had to change our truck unload date and location by one day and they were able to accommodate us. The guys unloading were very thoughtful, courteous, efficient and did an amazing job! Would definitely hire them again!
