Second of two movers did not show, related to transportation trouble. Replacement was too late to be of use, was not contacted by corporate in time to avoid a wasted trip. Williams and Sons was gracious , however, and reduced the rate since only a single mover was needed. Overall I would not hesitate to use Williams and Sons again.
