The movers were extremely unprofessional. They showed up 1 hour outside the expected arrival time. When I contacted the manager at 9am he informed me that the movers would be there in 10 minutes. After 15 minutes passed, I called again. The manager informed me that they had just arrived and that they would be there within 15 minutes. When I requested a discounted rate for their late arrival, the manager informed me that they were unable to do that and that, "it had been a crazy day and we need you to bear with us.". Once the movers finally arrived they did not have a dolly. When I initially booked the movers, the company assured me that 2 movers could load a 1250 square foot apartment within 3 hours. At hour 3 the movers informed me it would take 45 more minutes to load the truck. The total loading process took 5 hours. I was delayed by 2 hours, and also had to pay them an additional $150 for the extra time. Due to the slowness of the movers, my family and I ended up assisting them multiple times throughout the move. I also noticed one of the movers on his phone 3 different times throughout the moving process. When my family and I arrived to the moving destination, we opened the truck to retrieve a hand-full of items, and our items fell out of the truck. I will never use this moving company again and I would not recommend them to friends or family.

We chose Maverick Movers for their competitive prices and availability. We hired to load a storage unit into a moving truck. They arrived shortly after their arrival window, but called earlier to confirm their arrival. Summer in Gainesville is crazy for moving, so we understood arrival times could fluctuate a lot for the season. The two gentleman that helped us move we're incredibly pleasant, kind, and polite; customer service was outstanding. However, they could have packed our truck better. A lot of boxes toppled over in the truck, and items on the ground slid around shifting more stuff around. We ended up repacking a portion of the truck to secure things more effectively. It also took them 3 hours to complete the job, even after they assessed the storage unit and thought it would only be 2 hours. Overall, we would hire them again because of how nice they ;DR: Great people, ok movers.

Our movers William and Felipe work Fantastic they came on time they worked for 2 hours straight very pleasant to talk to very pleasant to have in our house very helpful My husband and I were tired after 2 day drive you're both in our late sixties and could not have unpacked this truck The price was reasonable
