6/16/2019Portable Storage Unload We told them we needed movers from 10:00-12:00. They told us that they will show up between 10:00-12:00. By the time they did show up our Pod was completely unloaded with the exception of the fridge. The two guys that showed up only had to carry a few items up stairs and get the fridge in. Not very good at showing up on time, so would not recommend if you are on a schedule.

Loved....we called them Ben and Jerry!!!!!!! Amazing and Thankyou. I would recommend sending a selection of boxes - difficult to tell what I needed since I am not a mover.

Very disappointed with my movers! I was moving from a 4 bedroom home into a temporary 3 bedroom apartment with 2 storage units. The did a terrible job organizing my things into the storage unit. All of my boxes were clearly marked with what room they were for, but the movers just threw everything in the living room unless specifically directed otherwise. They put a 100lb weight ON TOP of a box that was very clearly marked CHINA (on all 4 sides of the box in big bold letters). They were not careful with my things at all. I will NOT be using them again for our future move into our permanant home. I will also not recommend elite moving and would tell people to avoid this company.
