The owner is sharp and responsive to requests. The laborers were polite, professional and accomplished the required tasks in the allotted time. There was room for miscommunication, attributable to the app's lack of clarity. Otherwise, we're grateful for the service.

We scheduled 3 movers for 3 hours and they loaded almost all of our 26 foot truck in that time. Very professional, very capable. I would book again in a heartbeat. My retired parents are moving to Florida next week and I will make sure they book this same crew!

First I would like to say both Rick and his wife had a seemingly nice personality. The movers were scheduled to arrive at 8 am. They arrived 7 hours late which put my entire moving plans in a difficult situation since I had to drive all night to North Carolina due to them not arriving on time. When they did arrive it was not the typical professional movers. It was an older couple who had already been moving all day. I helped move everything including the heavy items which I had requested to be moved first since I couldn’t move those on my own. That did not happen. And to be honest, they charged me an extra $140 for extra time that I do not think would have happened if I had professional movers who weren’t exhausted from moving stuff all day. I even went and bought them dinner which they sat down and ate and still charged me for that time. I feel like they specifically waited to do the heavy items until last so that I had no choice but to pay them for extra time. They left and I could not find my truck key and called the mover who had it in his pocket. I then had to wait another 45 mins for him to bring my truck key back. Over all, I was charged twice as much as I was quoted, they were 7 hours late, they took longer to move my things because they were not the “ typical movers” and were probably tired from moving all day, they left with my truck key and delayed my moving an additional 45 mins. Although they seem like nice people personally, I would never hire this moving company again and I do feel there was a lack of integrity for how they do business.

We tried to send a team early but that team had personal issues and were in the ER. You did not mention 2 flights of stairs which we charge $50 per flight. We only took a 10 minute break. We were in constant communication with you. I did have your truck key and I brought it back and refunded the $15 travel charge. We are offended by your reference to us as old and somehow less capable than someone younger. The 2 huge steel couches we brought down a flight of stairs and through that door proved our strength. You would have needed 4 helpers to load your truck in 2 hours regardless of age. I am a master at packing and I barely got everything in. You received the largest discount we offer because you used Moving Labor. Due to your response we will no longer offer general discounts. We will still offer a 15% discount for Moving Labor customers who are Senior Citizens, Active Military and Veterans who will be grateful for and appreciate our service.



Portable Storage Unload in Pensacola, FL

Arrived almost a half hour early and we were not quite ready to get started at that point. I suggest just try and arrive a little closer to the scheduled appointment time so the customer isn't surprised. Otherwise, they were superb.
