I can't say enough about Southern Cross Moving. They are wonderful to work with. They helped me at the last minute as I couldn't get everything into the one Pod that I ordered and were able to come back the next day to help. Justin and Louis were absolutely wonderful and I will be for sure requesting them when I move into my new home. Thank you for helping a very stressful time go so much smoother.

They were the nicest movers I have ever had. Really appreciative of them.

Although missing their arrival window by nearly 2 hours - which caused me turning in my truck a day later; their hard work and attitude was greatly appreciated / in the big picture, they did a stellar job

The crew did a great job!

The guys did a good job; however, my "order" was for 3  workers, and only 2 showed up - no one notified me of this prior to their arrival  (they did & should've reduced the price of one worker - not the fault of the other 2 workers).  I also request 4 hours of labor just to be safe, and the guys got the job done in 3 hours.  There was absolutely no deduction in price which was quite a disappointment - an entire hour.   I was then told on scene there was a 3.5% fee for using my charge card, or I can pay by check.  Had I had any knowledge of this prior, I would have brought my checkbook.

The movers were just all around professional and knew what they were doing.  They were great to work with.

Overall positive experience. My one disappointment was that they were scheduled to arrive between 7AM and 9AM and they called at 9AM to advise they were on the way and arrived at 9:45AM even though I was their first job. I think if they don't plan on working before 9AM they should not offer that time slot.
