They damaged brand new hardwood floors by dragging a mattress instead of lifting it. Damaged drywall on ceiling in stairway by not knowing how to maneuver box spring. We got it up no problem after they left. Did not take precautions to avoid damage to our property. Did not seem to use common sense on setting items down example facing drawers toward the wall. We ended up getting our move for free but will have to pay a drywall or painter to do repairs.

I appreciate your feedback. I have looked into this matter due to the fact after a few months of using these two men, I have received no complaints up until today. My men came prepared to move with all of the tools necessary as per our agreement with Elite Moving. I apologize once again for the events during your move. Unfortunately, sometimes things like this do happen. When there is difficult access, sometimes walls, floors, door jams, etc do receive damage. Once again, I apologize and hope that your resolution to your job were sufficient.
