Less Is More Movers

The movers did not show up when scheduled. I called the office number 3 times and only got a recorded message and no call back. I called a second unidentified number and reached the two movers. I was informed that the movers could not get an answer from the office that the move was on and they, the movers, did not have the address to report to. The movers informed me that they were in the next county, not from where I requested, and that it would take them 1&1/2 hr to get to my address. Instead of arriving on site at 11am they arrived at 12:30. The delay in their arrival caused me to be late in departing for the 4hr drive to meet movers at the end destination to unload. The unloading movers had to be rescheduled for the following day and I ended up having to pay for an additional day for the rental truck. The Less Is More office charged me $49 in advance and the balance to be paid to the two movers for the 2hr., 2 man minimum charge. At the end of the loading of the moving truck the lead mover said to pay them what ever I thought it was fair in view I had partially loaded the truck while waiting for their arrival. I never got a return call from Less Is More with an explanation nor have I called them thinking they would offer one. I don't recommend this business to anyone for any reason.
