They (Steve) changed it to 10am from 9am, which was ok with me. They damaged my door jam. Broke the wood and weren’t going to tell me. I confronted them. I was suppose to get his boss’s contact info. The mover never sent it. He said he didn’t have a signal. I sent him a text requesting it later and he ignored my text. He wasn’t real careful with my furniture. The mover he hired off of Craigslist to help was more professional. I didn’t expect the second guy to be someone from Craigslist. They both struggled with some of my furniture. I don’t know yet if there’s any damage to my belongings, but they damaged the door jam. Still waiting on a resolution for the damage. Authentica said the movers are responsible for the damage.
