10/15/2022Truck Load & Unload Both movers were nice but they were dragging mattresses on the ground, my dad had to arrange the items in truck to ensure my bedframe didn't break during transport, etc. When unloading they just put things in any room they wanted and when I realized it, they said they would "rearrange everything" once the truck was empty. It was already 2 hours over so I just asked them to reassemble the bed & mount the TV so I rearranged the stuff myself. Like I said, they were both nice but moving may not be for them.

4/30/2022Truck Load & Unload Never again! So much time waisted doing nothing. I felt as if they waisted time to stretch the hours.

We booked them for Tuesday June 22 at 11:00am,we had a mishap with getting the moving truck, another story,they never did show up and I called over and over, then then they blocked me..I used a different number and they answered and said they would be over very soon, I talked the trucking company into letting me return the truck at 8pm, they called at 7:50pm and said they weren't going to make it so it costed me another 100.00 for another day with the truck, they called back and said they would come on Wed. June 23 at 10am, he had to get it unloaded so we said ok, they finally showed up at almost 11am, broke a picture of mine, over charged me by 50.00 and never did anything about the broke picture...I wouldn't hire them again if they were the last and only movers in Lakeland, the dispatcher was rude and didn't care at all...the actual w men that came and moved it were great but SOOOOOOO UNDERPAID!!!
