4/25/2016Portable Storage Load The movers were scheduled to arrive at 10 and did not arrive until 12:45. They were in contact with me throughout, but said they were double booked and under staffed. One mover did not hide his frustration regarding our third floor apartment. I will not be using their services again. Very unprofessional.

The movers lead was exhausted upon arrival. His "helper" was NOT an employee, and not covered by insurance. However, his helper seemed more competent than the lead mover. I had to give them food and water and gatorade. They damaged my personal items and lamps. They stacked boxes that were labeled fragile or do not stack. They took longer than scheduled and items in the back of the truck were not secure. The project manager charged me more for extra time and asked for a "personal check" payable direct to him. NEVER AGAIN!
