TERRIBLE SERVICE! WILL NEVER EVER ATTEMPT TO USE OR RECOMMEND TO ANYONE. DID NOT SHOW UP ON TIME. I HAD TO CALL THEM SEVERAL TIMES TO FIND OUT WHERE THEY WERE. I EVENTUALLY CANCELED MY SERVICE WITH THEM ALL TOGETHER. WOULD NEVER EVER RECOMMEND! THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I had a lot of good communication of details before the move with Elite regarding this move that doesn't seem to have been passed on to Mr Third Party. More than that, MTP was not good at communicating their arrival time. Then they were an hour later than they communicated which was also an hour past their two-hour arrival time leaving me sitting in the heat of the day in my car for them to arrive.
I asked the movers to tell me how to best help with the move. They said they would get the big stuff and then let me know. They didn't and I had to ask again.
The MTP "scheduler" on the phone and both of the movers were quite nice and pleasant!
