8/31/2021Truck Load & Unload The leader of the crew was a great gentleman who knew what to do and communicated well. The other younger two crew members where horrible. They used profanity, complained the entire time and I even over heard them saying they could drag the job out to 3 o’clock. They would take 20 minutes breaks between bringing in each item and I truly believe they were milking the clock since we have to pay them hourly. This is both unethical and an unacceptable business practice. My husband had to help unload the truck for the last 2.5 hours since they were just sitting and not unloading. We were running out of time to get the U-Haul back. If that wasnt enough, they damaged every single desk they brought in. The are so badly damaged that all 5 will need to be replaced. This was a horrible experience and in addition to the damage claim, I should be receiving a refund. Extremely disappointed!!

Movers never showed up. I called # I had set up appointment with.... recording said office was closed for the to unload truck.... we were left with a bad situation.
