Luke did a GREAT job. His helper spent most of his time just wandering around the house. Even went so far as to move a chair that was supposed to go in the truck into a room where nothing was going and basically hid it behind a file cabinet. He spent a lot of time just walking out to his car to get something to drink I saw him many times just walking around the house and never picking up anything. But Luke was great he worked his fanny off. They left after two hours without finishing the job luckily we had family here that help to load the rest of it and it took us another four hours to load it because we had to be so careful of what they have done already

8/23/2021Portable Storage Unload Did not come prepared to move heavy equipment even though we paid extra just for that service. Almost charged me the time it took them to get the equipment but I noticed and said I wasn't going to pay for their unpreparedness especially since they finished everything else but the heavy item a half hour early. Even after they got the equipment they were not prepared, trained, or ready to move the heavy item. It was clear they hadnt moved safes a lot, which again we payed extra for that move the least they could do is send someone who is fully trained and prepared to move it and help the others who might not know. Only one person showed up at 8am the others were 15-20 minutes later and they put that they all started at 8:00 on the time sheet. Just amateur hour.

We had the movers scheduled to arrive between 7-8am and at 8:15 when no one arrived or called, I called their office- it went to voicemail and after several calls and no answer, we had to scramble to find family members to help us load. The company called about an hour later saying they were booked for the day and didn’t know where the guys were. I made a reservation so not showing up or calling was not only very unprofessional but it left us in a very difficult position as we had a time crunch to get loaded and start our drive to move. It was extremely disappointing
