Movers arrived early, before I arrived at site and insisted on leaving early. I had tried to cancel and reschedule appointment because it appeared U-haul would not be able to provide the trailer connection that day but was told it was too late. Okay, just send them, I said, thinking I would still use them to move items being discarded into the alley. They were courteous but had trouble following instructions. Seemed they were reluctant to move some items and they proceeded to move items in a different area of the house than I had told them to focus on. One seemed to have a poor command of English. They said they would leave early because they arrived early and because I had canceled the service. I told them that if I had to pay I expected them to dispatcher argued that the movers were reasonable in wanting to leave 20 minutes earlier even though appointment and commitment were for them to arrive between 11am-1pm. The lead guy said "it's only 20 minutes." All said, I had really bad customer experience and could not in good conscience recommend this service.
