The guys were slow moving my books: the packed one box, moved it, then one guy held the box while the other one unloaded it. The box might have been set on a chair or something instead, and the work might have gone far far more quickly. But my alphabetized books were moved in proper order, and in the end that's what mattered most. I was willing to pay for the extra time beyond what was quoted. But on a bigger move, their pace would have been a big issue. They did seem to be stretching the job out. On other hand, they were pleasant. They did a superb job moving the bookcases themselves, which would only fit on the new wall if they were expertly placed. I was very impressed by that. Afterwards I went to Yelp Chicago to read reviews, and I was horrified by what I read there. I would never have used this outfit, based on those reviews. Yelp is of course full of grousers, but the problems described there were very serious, and maybe your company should talk to them about those issues.
