4/26/2022Truck Load & Unload We had a last-minute situation where our original movers were unable to finish the task in a timely manner. We contacted go hard movers via the Internet at the last minute they arrived quickly worked so hard and didn’t amazing job getting our somewhat complicated move finished. Antoine and Romel were delightful to work with. We really appreciate the fast response and the overall cost effectiveness. We would highly recommend them to anyone who needs to move.

I was unsure if movers would show up. My transport had an issue and had to reschedule moving date. It was just past 9pm, and I received a call that someone was going to show up. At least they showed up. It was a night shift, and more movers came, and done the job done in less hours. I helped as well. I supplied ratchet straps and moving blankets, they were not utilized. Just kind of smushed everything in quickly, with no regard to some items. They left some items outside, luckily I found in the morning. My dresser has some damage, my mattress was not covered with provided blankets, my dining wooden table was damaged and left uncovered. I wrapped most of my items to prevent damage. They left trash in my yard, which I found early in the morning and had to pick up. I had a trash and recycling bin outside, they could of easily used. I provided water bottles, I found them all over the place, even in the truck, when I unpacked, along with some of their gloves they left behind. I am grateful they showed up and provided their service, Working from 930pm to about 1115pm was not expected. I understand they work hard, but not entirely happy. They did have the energy to work that hot, humid evening. My truck was not sent out after they packed in it took over 2 weeks for transport. When I unpacked, I reached out via email, no response as of yet. I emailed them 7/21 and today is the 28th. My truck was unpacked July 19th. I gave enough time for a response, moving labor recommended I post my review. Which I now have done.

The team lead Donald was a good guy, polite and worked hard. Another guy in the group was very nice and a hard worker as well. But the third guy was very rude and disrespectful. No communication skills and obviously didn't want to be there. We are also missing parts to our electronic adjustable bed and are unable to use it!!
