6/18/2021Portable Storage Load Scheduled to arrive between 8 and 10am, I received a call at 9:45 stating they would not arrive until 11am. They finally arrived after 12:30. They did well with the actual move once they were on site, but their lack of timeliness threw the day off completely.

I had to have a large sectional removed from the basement. In the process my wall was scraped and my woodwork was marred. After they left, I noted additional dents in my drywall in my hallway which I did not note when they were here. I was accused of making up the damage on the wood. I did not like the accusation as I am a retired Army officer and Eagle Scout. The truth and integrity is very important to me. They did finally agree to repair the damage, but at this point… I’ll have it repaired by people that I trust.
