Did not listen to where boxes and belongings should go. Food in bedrooms. Syrup spilled sat on new carpet and clothing boxes. Rain delays still charged for time. 3 times what it should have cost. Feel I need to request partial refund.
I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone. They did not come within the assigned window. Never apologized for being tardy and were rude.
We apologize for the team's 40min late arrival and stayed in constant communication with you of our delayed eta. After having the movers do the work requested you refused to pay saying because they were late you are not going to pay. We are now having to obtain payment through litigation. The fact that you had the mind set to leave a false review after stealing from us is sickening. We wish you the best luck in learning honesty and integrity.
Three very polite young men showed up and took every precaution moving in some very heavy and awkward furniture. My sister and her husband have already requested the same crew when they move in a few months. Very good experience.
Moving is extremely stressful and the guys that helped us out were absolutely wonderful. We have never had such a great experience with movers before and this is the fourth time we have moved. They were fast, friendly, professional and overall great at their job.

They were on a job in the morning that took longer than was expected, which caused their delay in arriving, but they kept me informed of their arrival time. Were properly prepared for COVID-19 safety - wore masks and gloves.
