As the owner, I would like to apologize for the poor service that you stated that you understand customer satisfaction is our main priority in every move. As I summarize your move you were booked and quoted for 2 movers and 3 movers completed your move instead. We started loading you in our normal organize tier manner and ventured off once you insisted for us to grab and load bigger items as you were firm on not going over 3 hours. You also stated that you would get the boxes and smaller items. In the meantime, thank you for reviewing us. If you ever decide to return, I'd be happy to assist you again.


