One mover dressed in apparel that was not professional at all…. I was handed the bill and asked to pay cash before they even started the work, while moving a piece of furniture they broke a drawer pull that I had ordered specifically for that piece of furniture ….. will not be using them or recommend them to anyone

4/2/2021Portable Storage Unload The crew showed up on time they were polite, friendly, and professionals. They work very hard and they get the job done quickly. I will definitely recommend Triple Berry Moving, LLC to friends and family.

The men were more than on time. They did NOT listen to directions. They piled the truck high and thought they would rope it down.....instead of leveling the stack (which is EXACTLY what my boyfriend did while they stood there smoking). They called in to the office to let them know they were done THEN the office wanted to charge me extra because they were there longer than two hours and three men showed up. I signed a contract for 2 men for three hours. The person charging me over the phone claimed I was wrong EVEN WHILE I was looking at the order and reading it to him. It took my boyfriend talking to him on the phone to say "oops". Nothing about this experience would lead me to using them again OR recommending to a friend or relative.

Movers were not careful when packing up trailer. Resulted in damaged furniture- scratched wood tables, dented furniture, etc.
