We received services from Pack Smart on June 6, 2020. We were disappointed in our service for several reasons. We were coming from out of town and had already moved up our start time to try to accommodate the movers because they mentioned that they wanted to get another job after finishing ours. We rated them poorly for timeliness because they showed up 30 minutes sooner than the updated start time (before we even arrived). Once we arrived, we felt very rushed as they talked about the other job they needed to get to. Upon our arrival, one of the movers left in his truck to air up a dolly, which he was unable to do and should have been done prior to us arriving. One mover was on the phone two separate times for several minutes discussing other jobs. He also had a poor attitude and constantly complained that our apartment was on the 3rd floor. Both movers frequently complained about their old age and the work load. These two movers were NOT in shape and were extremely inefficient. Every time they went up the stairs they would take a 2-3 minute break to rest. We felt like they were moving really slow on purpose and stalling because they told us we would have to pay more if the job was not complete in two hours. One of the movers dropped our washer and described that we were "lucky it didn't break." They also left a large dent in our wall. With an hour left, the movers assured us the job could be done in the time limit. As we continued to move things ourselves, they proceeded to take a 15 minute break in their truck; however, after the 2 hours were up, the job was incomplete and there were still several heavy boxes left. We didn't feel comfortable paying them extra so we completed the job ourselves. I called the supervisor/owner twice to express our concerns and left a voice mail, but the phone call was never returned. Overall, we were really disappointed in the quality of work and felt the value was poor due to excessive amount of breaks taken and the movers' inefficiency.
