The guys were great, but when booking verify rates.  The rate I was quoted wasn’t the correct rate and I ended up with 2 guys instead of three, so they ran over time and $300 overtime cost was added.   Great crew, just verify the rates are correct.

She rescheduled on the actual day of her move, costing us a days pay. We agreed to come the next day. Claimed it was the contents of a 15 ft truck, it was a 26ft truck with about 9000 lbs of household goods. Claimed there was an elevator, there was not. It was 3rd floor walk up with a long carry through a courtyard. Ughhh yeah, it's gonna take a little longer. Maybe you should get your life together. This was a you problem. Not a me problem. Would we accept another job from them? Absolutely not
