The older gentleman worked hard...really hard to make me younger man was nice but frustrated that we had so much to move. Felt boss had miss billed. I rolled because they worked were not fast...at all.I ended up paying extra because they lolly gagged at they left I qent in and boxes marked kitchen qere buried under storage boxed living room was in storage. It's taken me 2 days to get things moved. e under a pile of 5 boxes and I pulled out and found a broken dish and cracked piece of I'm was way too costly. I appreciate their attepts....bit they were visibly unhappy with amount. I had originally moved in 20 foot truck a year ago as I told u..they filled my 10 and half the 20 so it seemed u sent right amt.I just wanted to be they got slower. I had given them a 275$ beer light as a gift and some tents....and they didn't even seem appreciative....Hope it was just a bad day.

The movers were delayed at another job site and didn’t get to my home until very late, but they kept me informed of their schedule by phone and were in and out very quickly. Both were very friendly and professional, and my items were treated with care.

Grant and Trevor were outstanding individuals with great work ethic. They understood the difficulty for my mother to leave behind most of her life possessions to downsize into an apartment. Very impressed.

The Porter movers were fantastic and scheduling was made easy by Elite Moving. Customer service was top notch! The only complaint I have is that I was not made aware that the calculated moving time included travel time for the movers from their base 30 minutes away to the house. I was charged more than expected due to this minutia.

I used elite on both ends of our move..the loaders were the worst experience I have ever had on a move..they did not wrap valuable items at all ex. our new sofa was stood on end,not bwrapped at all ( i had provided sofa cover and wrap,and blankets),wall shelving was not wrapped which now has to be refinished,freezer and refrig not protected,freezer has large amount of paint rubbed off as well as cord smashed,frig has dent. I provided straps and asked them to strap every six feet,they did not....The load had to be strapped as we unloaded to keep items from falling. was very unsafe for people unloading..they were also 5 hours late...terrible people who unloaded were wonderful. Faced with a total mess,they were great. They also took pictures of mess and called their boss to explain what they encountered.
