While stationed in New York City for Beverly Hills Allied Van Lines, I helped with, and was in charge of multimillion dollar moves for celebrities, U.N. officials & executives of global companies. MovingLabor was great at finding movers for me, I even found an additional moving company just in case the original didn't movers (Five Star Moving LLC) were very helpful, nice, quick and efficient :)They did a wonderful job, and nothing got damaged in the move despite our original lackluster r, the only reason I contacted an additional mover was due to lack of communication/timeliness of the original did not communicate what time they would arrive effectively, and showed up past the original moving window, granted thankfully still on the same were apologetic though of their tardiness and helped move a small piano free of the original charge :)Originally I was worried they might not show up, and that I would not have movers to help/not be able to return the U-Haul rental on time, especially from seeing lackluster responses to previous reviews the company left. This was not the case though, thankfully :) they did a great job!

10/2/2021Portable Storage Unload I wish we could give 0 stars!! After booking weeks in advance with confirmations and a text from movers saying they were running late…NEVER SHOWED UP! Horrible experience, that ended up costing me more because of their negligence. I contacted contractor several times during the day- NO REPLY. Would never recommend and in fact will use all resources I have available to warn potential customers.

Our experience with Five Star Moving LLC was an absolute nightmare! We were scheduled for a move in between 12pm and 1pm. They never showed up! Dan called and left a message about a half hour before their scheduled time with us saying that he was waiting for a couple of his guys to show up and that he would be on his way. I tried calling him many times, but all I got was that his voicemail was full. I texted him several times as well, but he never responded. I called Moving Labor a few times and they tried contacting him, but they experienced the same lack of response as me. Moving Labor said that Five Star Moving LLC would be removed from their site for quite awhile if Dan didn’t have a good reason for the irresponsible actions. I tried calling Dan as late as 3:19 pm. When we realized that he and his crew would not arrive, we had to scramble to to find someone to empty our truck before days end, due to our truck being due to return at 8am the next day. Luckily our apartment’s management company has some buddies that could come help near 6pm, but it costed us $2000 for our emergency; compared to the $728 that was quoted to us for Five Star Moving LLC. It totally killed our budget, but we had to have help for my upright piano that I would not be able to move up to the third floor all by myself. This was an absolute awful experience and I don’t want anyone moving to go through what we had to. Everyone, stay away from Five Star Moving LLC!!!!!
