The woman in charge of contact between yourself and the company is very unprofessional. She does not answer the phone when you call or call you back. Her email correspondence demeanor is very unprofessional as well, only responding with one sentence at a time. The only good thing about these movers were their willingness to reschedule. I had told them after time was up (what I scheduled) that my husband and I could do the rest and they would not stop unloading causing the bill to rack up. I was charged for an entire extra hour even though the movers only worked 25 extra minutes AND they had told me they prorate the additional time which was false. I have called several times with no answer and no return call. I also sent an email addressing the issue but unfortunately I do not expect a response. I would not recommend this company.
