The movers appeared to be fully capable. When asked they said they were professional movers. I asked them to wrap the furniture. And showed them the blankets, bubble wrap and did not protect 4 pieces. When it came time to remove the items from the truck, the unloading crew pointed out that pieces were damaged as they had not been protected. When I submitted a complaint I was told that I "should have taken pictures of the loaded truck". Who Labor washed their hands of the problem. So disappointed with Swift as Wells's the Moving Labor company
