3/28/2020Portable Storage Load movers were late, took 10 minutes to find the paperwork for me to sign prior to beginning the job, and after 5 minutes in they started the clock for my hourly charge. It then took them 45 minutes to figure out how to get my washing machine out of my bulkhead, and were only able to remove it with the help of my friend! They did not seem to know exactly what they were doing, and I had to repeatedly repeat what items they were to move. I ended up moving 75% of my boxes myself because in the two hours allotted, they barely moved my furniture. Nice enough, but the competence seemed lacking.
